The Pascal: The most perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie you've ever had. So what's so special about a Chocolate Chip Cookie? Ours has hand chopped triple chocolate chunks: White, Milk, and Dark. At times you feel as though you're eating a chocolate bar with a little bit of cookie around it.. And did we mention this cookie is HUGE?

The Dude: Our White-Russian Tea Cookie. A cream infused cookie with a hidden chocolate covered espresso bean and a Kahlua-espresso glaze. It is a white Russian you can enjoy whenever you want! 15 for $13.00

The 39th Avenue: We took the boring chocolate chip cookie and gave it a face lift. We replace the chocolate chips with mini peanut butter cups, then we use a flour/oatmeal combo and a dash of cinnamon rounds it all out. It might not look like much, but this cookie was an immediate fan favorite.

They can change the name of the street, but 39th Avenue lives on with us!

The Boom King: VEGAN shortbread topped with sweet curry coconut caramel and a dark chocolate glaze. A must try for all, vegan or not.

The Twisted PB: A peanut butter cookie that uses a flour and pretzel mixture, and is topped off with dark chocolate and a mini pretzel. The perfect salty-sweet combination, this cookie is pretty twisted...in a good way!

Chai Oatmeal: This is the cookie that started it all! A chewy oatmeal cookie with a little sweet and a lot of spice. especially good with a cup of coffee...or a hot cup of Chai perhaps?

The Portland Bacon Roll: The Portland Bacon Roll (or as we like to call it, The Pedalers' PBR) will hopefully find a place in Portland's heart the same way its beer counterpart has. This maple/bacon/caramel cookie isn't the prettiest, or the classiest, cookie around - but it sure hits the spot! Keeping with PBR tradition, we're going to sell this cookie for $2 less than the rest. $13.00 per dozen!

The Whopper-Doodle: We take the classic Snickerdoodle, add some chopped up Whopper candy, then roll it in ground whoppers, sugar, and cinnamon. Two childhood classics rolled in one.

Tandem Tart: Our triple citrus sandwich cookie consists of two heart shaped cookies permeated with lemon and orange zest, a grapefruit-orange cream center, and a triple citrus glaze. Light, sweet, and tart, this cookie is reminiscent of Orange Julius, and Lemon Coolers.

The Yoshi: This green tea thumb print cookie is dedicated to Mario Brothers and The Flaming Lips fans everywhere. Soft and buttery, with a slight hint of green tea and lemon, the print is filled with different preserves (local and fresh when available), and topped with almonds or sesame seeds. Delivery fees for this cookie are currently being donated to Earthquake recovery in Japan.

Vegan & Gluten Free! The Hippie Douche Bag: You have to be able to laugh at yourself, or we're going to laugh at you instead. We have eliminated the gluten and animal products in this macaroon, creating a chocolate-dipped sweet curry coconut ball with a coconut-milk-based caramel. *This macaroon can be made without the sweet curry, by request. Other great flavor combinations coming soon!
